Here are some of his tips
To eliminate or prevent nausea, and vertigo (dizziness)
Purchase candied ginger (non sulfuric) from your local health
store. You may be able to purchase it from an Oriental
supply house. The cost is about $5.00 per pound which should
last for months and months.
Begin with small pieces the size of a quarter, once or
twice a day. You will find that at first you may have a slight
burning sensation on the tongue (not the stomach). Increase
the size of the pieces as necessary.
Relief may take a couple of days. Continue eating the root even
if you have no symptoms.
One caution only - if it bothers you don't take it.
